Founder of Singapore-based communication consulting and training firm Global Speech Academy Pte Ltd, Heather Hansen will be moderating an exciting session that focuses on the future of work is being disrupted by technological advancements, shifting demographics, extended careers, and more recently by a global pandemic with massive impact on businesses and individuals around the world.
