Jessica Zhang, HR director, Asia Region, Arconic
Jessica Zhang is a senior HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience working for Fortune 500 companies, and is currently heading up HR for the Asia Region with Alcoa/Arconic – the world’s leading company in the light metal industry. Her HR responsibilities cover China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and India.
Jessica has extensive experience in interpreting and implementing strategic business plans into HR actions, as well as cultivating partnerships with business owners. Through her active leadership (corporate HR, BBHR, COE, shared services) and daily operational experience, Jessica has gained strategic partnership and hands-on experience, including organization design, change management (M&A, business divestiture, business restructure, business separation), talent management, HR transformation, employee engagement, cross-cultural management and overall HR solutions.
Jessica is a member of CHO100 (Chief HR Officer) in China, a member of China OD 100, and the first batch of Registered Organization Development Consultant certified by ISODC (International Society of Organization Development and Change).
