Not many people would dare to take on Netflix. Azran did. Not many people dare to launch the world’s first low cost airline to go long haul. Azran did and took it to a 1 billion IPO. What can he teach you about navigating without a map ? What has he learnt in his personal quest to disrupt the status quo that you can apply to building your own runway ? In this keynote ” Changing flight plans: Going where the maps don’t lead”- Azran shares his experiences of building the world’s first long-haul low-cost airline, despite prevailing industry convention and expertise saying that the long-haul model was simply not viable. He will also share how his personal philosophy and ironman training seeps into his business approach. In this keynote you will take away:

1. How to dare to challenge strongly-held beliefs about what is or is not possible and forge a path for yourself.

2. How to create new customer value from a commodity, by looking for unmet customer pain-points, instead of just doing what other competitors do.

3. Insights from his book 30 days and 30 years and how it can help you be a high performer in personal and professional life.
