With a heart of humility
Claire Chiang, Co-founder of Banyan Tree, Chairperson Wildlife Reserves Singapore Conservation Fund, Activist, Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame Inductee
Claire is no stranger to adversity and challenge. Operating at the intersection of wealth, values and culture creation, Claire will share with us the warrior spirit she has learnt from first-generation Singapore entrepreneurs, her own Merdeka journey, and hopes for a future with global souls creating greater good.
Drawing on her experience building the Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts, Claire, a former Nominated Member of Singapore Parliament, co-author of Stepping Out: The Making of Chinese Entrepreneurs, and a grandmother of three, will expand our thinking and our hearts on:
- Warrior leadership – how to stay safe and alive as we face the invisible enemy
- Why not me? As a reframe for humility
- Aqua-metal dynamics, as water finds its way forward, regardless of terrain
