Every Hero Needs a Sidekick

Why you should hire a VA to manage you (and not the other way round!)

You’ve got a million ideas to build your brand as a professional speaker, but as a solopreneur, how many do you actually have the time to do?

Setting up a CRM system, getting your newsletter out, filling your content funnel, updating your Website, or maybe it’s time to launch online events and do the marketing too? It’s enough to make you want to tear your hair out, because it’s feels impossible. But is it?

Learn first-hand the strategies and insights Gina has gained over the last six-years of building her own remote team — including hiring and working with virtual assistants and using automation to scale your business productivity.

What you will learn:

  • Identify the tasks you need to stop doing (and what you should be doing instead!)
  • What can be delegated to a human virtual assistant and what can be automated?
  • Where and how to hire remote team members – and how to avoid the classic mistakes
  • Best practices for onboarding and training your remote team, and the tools you will need

They have received global recognition in the categories of inclusive innovation (Asia/USA), the future of work (UK), and e-employment (Switzerland).

Connected Women is a Matching Service, and the core business is to ‘match the right virtual assistant (VA) to your work style and pace, as well as someone who aligns with your company values’.
